Pathways of Purpose Potential Development Centre (POP PDC) was founded in 2012. We are 100% black owned (80% women & 20%male) and having Level 1 BBBEE status.

Goals/Purpose
- To promote a learning culture in the working environment.
- Provide high quality education of international standard and recognition.
- Provide training programmes aimed at developing lower, middle and top level human resource for commence, industry and the public sector.
- Provide higher education that elicits the entrepreneurial abilities of learners.
- Ensure that high quality tertiary education reaches a larger number of qualified students.
- Offer quality tuition at reasonable cost.
- Offer programmes that are appropriate to the needs of full time, part time and unemployed persons.
- To assist historically disadvantaged individuals to gain access into the economic mainstream.
- To develop a wider Assessor and Mentor base for the various industries.
- Promote research in collaboration with industry and government institutions.
Our strength
We have highly skilled and experienced Assessors/Facilitators and Moderators who are registered with the relevant SETA’s to deliver these programs and assessment activities.

We are located in Gauteng and Western Cape with well-equipped facilities to offer a conducive learning environment.
